Wednesdays at 7:00pm: Stop, Drop In, and Roll With what rises in your awareness and in your body. This weekly class will explore movement of body, sound and stillness to meet and engage with our own direct experience of self. Offered weekly, this class provides the opportunity for a consistent centering practice of awareness- awareness of the mind and its purpose, the body and its wisdom, the heart and its capacity, the soul and its limitlessness. Learn to meet and express what is happening in your being as it unfolds within you in a container that is safe, kind and fun!
